Its moving slowly so it is not the ISS !
Image extracted from a video taken on May 20, 2021 with a Coolpix P1000 in auto UHD 3840x2160.
The Sun is setting on the Mediterranean sea shore (near Ashdod, Israel) and I stand at about 50 Km, at 800 m altitude on Jerusalem mountains.
The true sunspot is AR2824, seen near the top of the disk.
The moving sunspot is probably a military helicopter related with the ongoing Gaza conflict ...
