Looking at the sea near Tel Aviv (60 km) from Jerusalem mountains ...
Sunset was at 18:33 local time.
Venus was (naked eye) barely visible at 18:42 and an easy target at 18:49.
Venus, Mercury and Aldebaran were visible with no problem after 19:11.
