Details:
I went last night for a warm up to get some reflections over the open water before tonight “predicted G2 storm” and luckily I got more than I was expecting. Despite the bright moon which was washing away the Aurora I got some nice colours with even some pink and out of nowhere at midnight Steve pop out. As I was looking west around midnight I noticed the white pale purple streak situated to the left of the main Aurora band. Got some check shots and here it was. Nikon D850, Sigma Art 14mm 1.8, 4sec exposure, ISO 800, 1.8.
