Solar prominence on southeast limb
Taken with Lunt60, B1200 Hydrogen Alpha filter, 12mm plossl, 1st photo with Google Pixel 3a, 2nd photo with Iphone 6s. Note how the Newton rings obvious with Iphone are not a problem with the Google Pixel 3a. Any ideas why?
