Details:
With the Moon gone color and contrast is improved. Tucson where this was captured still has too much dust in the air and the nova is only visible for a short time in the fading light. Add a stiff breeze tonight and not best circumstances for a freestanding scope and mount. The nova quickly disappeared behind my roofline in the fading light. The image shown is 11.5 min of 15 sec images stacked and processed. Star IDs from astrometry.net. This image was captured with a Vixen VSD telescope and a h-alpha mod Nikon Z6. To my eye the nova has brightened slightly in past few days.
