Details:
My drainage ditch was full of water the night before and froze. By morning, the sun and soil started to absorb the melting water from below. The remaining top ice had thin air pockets that acted like a prism; thus the bluish tint. Actually, there was reds and greens too but could not be captured with the iPhone. Pretty cool!
