Details:
The Sun through very thin rain clouds and acting like a natural solar filter but I hasten to add don't try looking at it with telescopes or binoculars as that cloud won't be stopping the UVA and possibly UVB radiation,only UVC is stopped by the atmosphere,plus the cloud could suddenly clear.
