Details:
The conjunction of Mars and the Pleiades was spectacular tonight. The sky was relatively clear, the moon had not risen yet and with the temperature hovering around 0 degrees Celsius I was able to spend some proper time taking photos. The last two images are each comprised of 10 stacked images taken with a Canon 6D with a Sigma 35mm and 20mm ART lens at f/2.0, ISO 2500 with exposures of 13 seconds. The first image is a single exposure of 10 seconds taken with the Sigma 20mm lens at f/2.0, ISO 2500 with some aurora visible from the G1 storm that suddenly appeared. The sky was busy with aurora, satellites and zodiacal light visible on the right side of the second image.
