Gran Canaria Island is spring in winter. The landscapes are full of flowers during midwinter season. From the middle of the island the dark nights are spectacular. The zodiacal light is very high and bright from Roque Bentaiga and the Sacred Mountains of Gran Canaria natural heritage of humanity by UNESCO since 2019
