Details:
This Friday, February 12 in the morning, I set myself the challenge of photographing the crescent moon with only 0.9% of its surface illuminated. It was quite a tricky task, as the sun was quite high in the sky, but I was able to get the record of a very thin moon, located very close to the blinding brightness of the sun.
It should be noted that even through the telescope, the moon was totally invisible to the eye and the record is made in the infrared.
To take this picture I used a Sky Watcher Esprit 120 telescope, a ZWO 183MM camera and an 850nm IR filter.
