This picture is a compilation of several images taken in 2020. It is used also as an introductory image of an animated video available on

The video offers a rather complete visit of the solar system based on astronomical images captured during the year 2020 with my telescopes and cameras.
All the images have been taken and processed by myself using standard astronomy software.
The tour of the solar system went from Mercury to Neptune as well as enjoying the comet Neowise, the Perseid shower.
It includes also the exceptional planet Mars opposition and the great conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn in December 2020.
