Details:
As the sky darkened this evening, the satellite image loop showed holes in the cirrus clouds headed our way, so I set up near home at Cedar Creek and although no large holes drifted by, the sunlit-clouds themselves created an awesome display. An elliptical aureole is around Jupiter in the image with the foreground tree. 80 and 50 mm NIKKOR lenses were used @ f/4 on a Hutech modified Canon Rebel XTi; varying guided exposures at ISO 200.
