Details:
This was quite the challenge. Jupiter was at an altitude of 7 degrees when I got this data. At that altitude, no surface detail was visible and the poor seeing only made matters worse. I took several videos in quick succession with my Fuji XT2 attached to the C11, one exposed for Saturn, one for Jupiter, and one for the moons. By combining the data from all three videos, this was the best I was able to get. The moons of Jupiter from left to right are Callisto, Ganymede, Io, and Europa. If you look closely, you will notice that Ganymede is about to occult the magnitude 7.45 star (HIP 99314). This was an unexpected coincidence but I am glad I was able to catch that. Equipment used: C11 Edge at f10 Fuji XT2 video mode 4k 30fps EQ6R mount
