Details:
Another clear evening (until the next front started to come through, anyway). The big two were very easy on the eye, and a local artist (who I've sort of known through other friends for 10 years or so but never chatted to before) wandered by and asked what I could see. After the clouds took away the conjunction I showed her where Mars was too, and explained that the reason why the moon & planets all seemed in a long line was because of their current locations along the zodiac. She wandered off towards her solstice party happily. Oh, and the conjunction pic was using an Oly 300 mm lens, 2× converter, f/11, ISO 400, 1/3".
