Details:
The crescent Moon, Jupiter, Saturn conjunction was spectacular tonight. I should've been expecting it, but I was still surprised to see how bold the Zodiacal Light was as it engulfed the three of them. One of the wide shots of the trio setting into the San Francisco Peaks along the Sunset Crater-Wupatki Road. Milky Way, Summer Triangle & gobs of airglow in there too. || 3 images stacked in Starry Landscape Stacker to reduce noise. 3 additional image stacked to apply HDR to the crescent moon. || Canon EOS 6D Mark II || Tokina ATX 16-28 f/2.8 Pro FX at 16mm || 3 x 8 sec, f/2.8, ISO 6400 + shorter/slower exposures for moon HDR
