Around midnight the sky over Freital in Saxony suddenly cracked open and opened the view for a wonderful spectacle by the Geminids. Many bright meteors of the river could be seen, sometimes two at the same time ... I have seldom seen such an intense spectacle like this. I had the rare opportunity to get exactly the maximum.
