Details:
AR 2790 (provisionally termed) appeared on the solar limb of this my image taken with my TMB 13 cm from Rome Italy. It was responsible for Saturday's major solar flare. Based on my image i can state that AR 2790 appeared on the solar limb exactly at 10:59:42 UT, as you can see in the image.
