Details:
In the early morning on Saturday 3rd October, the slightly waning Full Moon approached but did not reach Mars as viewed from Mutare in Zimbabwe. The pair looked particularly beautiful as dawn broke and very thin wisps of high cloud produced halos around the Moon and caught the very first rays of rising sunlight. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in manual exposure mode with up to x45 zoom magnification.
