Details:
Venus is getting closer to M44 (Beehive cluster) and I follow it each dawn. Crescent Moon will join the conjunction on 14th September, but until then Venus itself shows enough beauty. Today it had a nice corona, due to a thin cloud band, probably the remnant of a contrail. The phenomenon only lasted for about 1-2 minutes.
