Details:
Between clouds, smoke & memories of epic meteor showers past, sounds like this year's Perseids were a disappointment for many. Grateful for clear skies in northern Arizona, because I was loving it. Composite image with 101 Perseids and 22 sporadics from 2 nights ago. ||
Star field was selected based on the image that contains the bright fireball above & to the right of the San Francisco Peaks. All other meteors were carefully re-aligned to this base star field to confirm which were Perseids and which were sporadic and show the radiant paths. ||
