Details:
Imaged the comet again last night with my Astro-Tech 92mm refractor and Canon Ra camera, using my Celestron AVX mount. Skies were clear until 1am. I did a better job getting sharp focus than the images I took Friday night. I decided it would be fun to make a composite image comparing the apparent size of the comet and it's tail on 7/25/20, with several other well known objects (Whirlpool galaxy M51, Galaxies M81 and M82, The Dumbell planetary nebula M27, part of the Veil supernova remnant, and the Moon). All the images were taken at the same scale with the same camera and telescope. All but the Moon image are stacks of 30 second exposures at ISO 1600. One image is of just the comet itself, and the other is the composite.
