Details:
This image is an exercise in stacking comet images taken with a fast lens, short exposures, high ISO, using the camera's interval shooting settings and software that does some compensation of rotational drift. Overall I was pleased with the image and find the approach useful for traveling light: just a tripod. Nikon D5300, Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 lens ISO 1600 Fixed tripod 193 one second exposures (3.22 minutes) at f/2.8 193 one second dark frames 50 bias frames Processed in Sequator.
