Details:
After observing and trying to image Neowise in Detroit I flew with my daughter north of Detroit about 80 miles to a remote airport with dark skies to see if I could get better pictures than I did in town. That was worth the flight! Visually it was still stunning with a the tail clearly visible even as it was setting. I was even able to image it with my cellphone. A night I will never forget.
