July 18, 2020 Comet Neowise looked pretty good tonight despite the heat and humidity. Skies were pretty clear. The coma of the comet definitely looks green now. You can barely see the straight blue ion tail in the vertical shot. This was one single exposure. I need to stack several of them to bring out the ion tail more clearly. Pictures taken again with my Canon Ra camera and Tamron 28-300mm lens on a Sky Watcher Star Adventurer tracking mount. The longest exposure was 30 seconds at ISO 3200.
