Details:
Comet C/2020 F3 NEOWISE was prominent beneath the bowl of the Big Dipper this evening as the clouds parted long enough to get twenty-two 60s exposures. The subframes were acquired with a Canon 450D camera at ISO 800 and a Samyang f1.4/85mm lens stopped down to f4 and carried on a Kenko SkyMemo tracker.
The blue ion tail is now quite distinct, and both it and the yellow dust tail are quite long. A view not to be missed !
