Details:
Observed from Mt Wilson/CA, just below famed telescope domes *60" & 100"), Past 3/4 moon, moonlight diminishing. Marine layer moved in to block light-pollution in LA basin. Comet still showing long tail, easily picked up rising over NE horizon in 10x50 binos
