Details:
Night of the Comet With Comet NEOWISE circumpolar for us in western Canada and a clear night all night on July 10-11 in Alberta, many photographers took the opportunity to shoot the comet all night: - in the northwest in the late evening, - to the north in the middle-of-the-night, - and in the northeast dawn sky. I shot from various locations around the Badlands of southern Alberta, picked for the placement of the comet over the scene below. Thankfully the noctilucent clouds stayed low enough to not block our view of the comet but nicely added their colours to the dusk and dawn sky. This was a very memorable Night of the Comet!
