Taken with Nikon d7100, Nikkor 85mm f/1.4 @ f/2.8, iso 2200, exp 5 sec in RAW format at 3:56AM MDT. Actual twilight was just becoming visible to naked-eye but the camera's high iso made it look a lot brighter than it was. This cropped image measures ~11 x 11 degrees.
