Details:
When the comet was rising in the early morning sky, it first had to combat some far away tropospheric clouds. Then I suddenly realised it was accompanied by a bright display of noctilucent clouds which quickly rose together with the comet. Together with the ~1200 year-old castle on the mountain it was just a breathtaking spectacle. About 1° of the comet's tail could be seen with the naked eye, although being embedded in the midst of the noctilucent clouds.
