Details:
Made the trip to Arches NP this morning, a 20 minute drive from Moab, arriving at the North & South Windows right at the predicted rise time. I was alone as I started out on the trail scouting my angle and seeing that North window would work best. I dropped my gear and hiked for a clear horizon view where clouds obscured easy sighting of the comet. I gave up and decided to camp at my spot when suddenly a very obvious tail began rising into the arch.
