Details:
At around noon just before lunch I notice an upside down rainbow that some call a “fire rainbow.” It appeared just above the tree line. Looked up a little higher and also saw a sun halo. But what was spectacular about the Circumhorizontal Arc was the bright blue color in the middle. My iPhone dose little justice in showing. The Atmospheric optic only lasted about five minutes as the sky quickly became overcast.
