Details:
Taken with a Canon EOS M6 (APS-C) mirrorless camera + EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens + EF 2x Extender. Setting: 1/125 sec at f/11 with ISO 400. Manfrotto Tripod used with 2 second self timer. What was interesting is seeing Saturn approaching the moon in the blue sky since the sun was yet to set in the first image. I guess I didn't expect to be able to see it in daylight and I only noticed it because I had the camera trained on the are of the moon where the occultation was meant to occur. The sky darkened after the sun set.
