Details:
I was on the roof just after dawn trying to catch the April Super-Moon while setting, when I was surprised by a thunder storm and lightning forming in a dark cloud just above my head! While the dark clouds started to leave toward the coast (Kuwait, Arabian Gulf) at sunrise, I noted this beautiful colored arc forming above them!
