We missed the conjunction of Venus and the open star cluster Messier 45 (Pleiades)on April 3, but, the following night, the sky was clear again. Venus was shining brilliantly just above the Pleiades. Details: CANON EOS 550D, 70-300mm, 1.6x converter, 800 ASA, 2.3s
