Details:
Venus was nicely placed next to the brightest members of the Pleiades star cluster. The difference in brightness between the stars of the seven sisters and Earth's Evil Twin is similar to comparing automobile headlamps with a candle. I used a Stellarvue 102ED refractor and a modified Canon XS DSLR, ISO800 to capture this rare event.
