Details:
On Monday evening the March Full Supermoon was observed rising above a hill in Cecil Kop Nature Reserve three quarters of an hour after sunset. The first mosaic shows the Moon appearing a few minutes after first glow became visible. The Moon was so bright that surface detail can only be seen in photographs taken at higher magnification. A rare treat was watching the full bright Supermoon rising among passing cloud behind the flowers of a beautiful yellow security light illuminated Hibiscus plant. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset and night scenery modes.
