Utsjoki delivered again! Patience was required though, with the best part of the show occurring just before 1 AM local time. Those who went to sleep early probably missed it all! The weather had been very challenging for days before tonight, so I am so happy that this happened. Despite the bright full supermoon of tonight, when the Bz dipped south for a sustained period of time, the auroras became bright enough to overcome the ambient light. Another successful night on the Teno River!
