I was sitting outside in UCR main campus with friends for a coffee hour when I noticed this and thought of taking a photo. I am glad I did because I haven't seen it much especially the V shaped arc. I am based in Riverside, California. I have submitted 2 pictures, one original and one contrast enhanced. The settings for the original are as follows: Samsung Galaxy S9 camera, F2.4, 1/1002 s, 4.3mm, ISO 50.
