Details:
The February 2020 Old Moon occulted planet Mars during the night, and the red planet emerged from behind the Moon into predawn skies as seen from Wyoming USA. Faint earthshine was visible on the face of the Moon as twilight came.
I framed the conjunction in the treetops of my neighborhood in downtown Cody WY at 6:30 AM local time. Nikon D5300 with Sigma APO 150-500 zoom at maximum ( eq. of 750mm or 15 X magnification). Exposure was 1/4 sec at f/11 using ISO 1600. Image postprocessed to reduce noise in Nik D-Fine
