Details:
Amidst the earthquake swarm that we are currently experiencing here in Puerto Rico, we was also nearly impacted by a giant rock from space. The GOES-16 satellite captured the event from above so I decided to compare this event with asteroid 2019 MO that nearly hit us on June 22, 2019. As you can see, the event back in June 22, 2019 left a more impressive signature than the event captured just north of Puerto Rico on Jan 17, 2020.
