Details:
On December 24th testing my camera setup for the annular eclipse on the 26th at the same time to have the 13.5 degree altitude, the Sun exhibited a nice Solar halo over Tumon bay. This image was captured with a Nikon D850 and a 20 mm Sigma Art lens. On eclipse day the clouds were mostly gone and it was much better seeing than shown here two days before.
