Details:
Shown is the progression of the annular eclipse observed at Tumon Bay Guam. The observing location was very close to the center line yielding a nice symmetrical maximum eclipse. In Guam the Sunset occurred before the end of the partial eclipse and with the Sun descending into the marine haze the end of the eclipse could not be captured. Although Guam was an iffy weather location from multiyear data of clouds on eclipse day the weather was great with largely clear skies with only a little haze. Each individual image was captured with a Questar telescope and a Nikon D850 with the Sun filtered with Baader film.
