Rain and cloud cleared sufficiently for the conjunction of Venus and Jupiter to become visible half-an-hour after sunset. For the next hour the two planets were observed descending towards the horizon behind Hospital Hill. Camera: Tripod mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in night scene mode.
