Details:
Lots of high thin clouds, but the entire event was visible here in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I have lots of single images but here are a couple of shots occurring during the 3rd Contact at 1:02pm EST. Mercury appears so diminutive compared to our nearest star. I used a Meade 10" LX50 SCT at f/6.3 and a Canon 1000D ISO800. Both images were shot at 1/400th second.
