Details:
Comet 2I/Borisov was estimated to be at about magnitude +16.8 and at a distance of 426 million kilometers. I had a very clear and steady sky on this morning and obtained eight high resolution 180-second exposures around the start of local dawn. Images were taken with an 11-inch F10 aplanatic SCT. The eight-frame GIF time lapse sequence shows the comet's motion on October 09, 2019 from 09:08 to 09:51 UTC.
