Details:
Completed a stack of 20 7-minute exposures for the Fireworks Galaxy. A Meade AR6 was used to provide a larger aperture since I was limited by both time and clear sky. Given the constraints I also used a single shot SBIG Color ST-2000XCMI CCD. Each color channel was extracted and then processed in the normal way. Software used included Nebulosity (stacking and alignment) and Adobe Lightroom for final color correction and sharpening. Both color and black and white versions are shown.
