These two photis were taken on the same day, 3 years apart, and still, the Sun doesn't rise in the same place. This is because 3 calendar years are less than 3 sidereal years, 0.75 day less, and this is the reason why the sun is a bit north to where it was 3 years ago. Next year will be a leap year which will "fix" this.
