Details:
Took a look at spicules of the chromosphere of our star in high resolution with a 200mm aperture solar scope at a scale of 0.3"/pixel. Spicules come and go very rapidly and look like bundles of grass, but with the Earth Scale to compare you can see that these massive plasma fingers are as big as our planet!
