I think this may be a Kappa-Cygnid. It appears to come from the direction of that radiant and it's similar to one I've gotten before. There is smoke in the air so can't tell for certain. ISO 1250 @20 seconds, SX60, from Keller, Wa on August 29, 2019 at 0440 hrs.
