Details:
I was shooting the Milky Way over Black Pool Hot Spring at West Thumb Geyser Basin in Yellowstone last night when I thought I would take a shot looking North just in case.. At first there was just vivid green airglow but then a little red aurora popped low on the horizon. There were a few barely visible curtains that rolled across the horizon.
